Shelley’s work experience includes mergers and acquisitions, company set-up, company, business, property and transaction structuring and agreements, joint ventures, contract negotiation, drafting and due diligences.
Before establishing Brevity Law in 2013, Shelley was a director at Edward Nathan Sonnenbergs in its Corporate Commercial department.
